dont il peut aider en cas de douleurs, \u00e9tirements doux, premi\u00e8re approche des pratiques de mobilit\u00e9 du bassin<\/li><li>atelier anatomie : pr\u00e9sentation de la structure du bassin et de la place des diff\u00e9rents organes du syst\u00e8me reproducteur, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une discussion pour \u00e9changer et insister sur les localisations o\u00f9 les personnes ont des l\u00e9sions<\/li><li>d\u00e9jeuner (non compris)<\/li><li>atelier physiopathologie sur les diff\u00e9rentes douleurs et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du yoga pour aider les diminuer (comme pour le premier atelier, ce sera interactif, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de discuter \/ poser des questions) : diff\u00e9rents types de douleurs : dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9es, digestives, dyspareunies, neuropathiques, articulaires ; remettre de la mobilit\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la douleur et les adh\u00e9rences figent ; changer de perception sur la douleur en venant respirer l\u00e0 o\u00f9 \u00e7a fait mal ; apprendre les mouvements qui font du bien ; venir diminuer le stress et ainsi agir sur l\u2019inflammation, la fatigue et les douleurs neuropathiques.<\/li><li>pratique de yoga et m\u00e9ditation : approfondissement des pratiques de mobilit\u00e9 du bassin et de souffle, approche des pratiques d\u2019apaisement du mental et de recentrage, qui aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress<\/li><li>cercle
